JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will report to the Director of Strategic Business Services. The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage all services and system initiatives. Will be responsible to manage two customer service Technical Analysts. Works with trainers to ensure proper rollout to the network and provide documentation. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with ongoing problem solving. Being bilingual is a definate asset.
